Every item is completely handmade by us. Each sculpture uses different components, you will always receive a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
Ordering
When you place your order, if the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date of order. If an item is out of stock, but scheduled to be remade, please allow 4 weeks for us to create the artwork
Shipping & Postage
All our artworks are carefully wrapped and packaged in recycled packaging and posted via 1st Class Parcelforce or Royal Mail Tracked Service. The option to have Insured and Special Delivery is available at checkout.
UK domestic postage can take from 2 to 10 days. Parcelforce items should arrive within 48 hours. International postage will take up to 21 days.
Commissioned Stoptick Orders
Commissioned Stoptick orders will take up to 4 weeks to create your artwork. We will work closely with our customers on their personalised design.
Commissioned items that are over 7.78 grams of silver will take longer, as they have to be hallmarked after being made. This could take 3 to 4 weeks.
