Octopus

Bringing an air of curious wonder into any room with this handcrafted Octopus sculpture, built entirely from the salvaged hearts of old clocks and watches. Gears, springs, cogs, hands, dials and faces have been given a striking second purpose, reassembled into the octopus's unmistakable form. Its tentacles curl from recycled wire and reclaimed jewellery pieces, lending the whole creature a sense of movement frozen mid-glide, as though it might drift off the shelf at any moment. This Sculpture is made to Order

Stoptick Art

The sculpture pictured is an example of a previously sold piece. As each sculpture is made individually from salvaged components, no two pieces are ever identical: the parts available at the time shape the final texture, tone, and character of the piece. Your finished sculpture will follow the same silhouette and craftsmanship shown here, but will be its own one-of-a-kind creation, built from its own unique selection of reclaimed parts. This Sculpture is made to order.
