Ordering & postage

When you place your order, if the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date of order. If it is not in stock, or it is a commission, it will take up to 4 weeks for us to create your artwork.

Each piece is individually handcrafted by us. We will work closely with you throughout the process.

Shipping

All our artworks are carefully wrapped and packaged in recycled packaging and posted via 1st Class Parcelforce or Royal Mail Tracked Service. The option to have Insured and Special Delivery is available at checkout.

UK domestic postage can take from 2 to 10 days. Parcelforce items should arrive within 48 hours.

International shipping is offered via Parcelforce or other couriers, Tracked and Signed, and delivery should be within 20 days after dispatch. The customer will be subject to VAT and duties at the border. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size of the artwork and delivery location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a faulty or damaged item. Please get in touch with us with photos of the damage before returning the item. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post.

Jewellery

If your item is in stock, it will be posted within 5 working days from receipt of order. Commissioned items will take more time, subject to our workload.

Commissioned items that are over 7.78 grams of silver will take longer, as they have to be hallmarked after being made. This could take 3 to 4 weeks.

UK items over £100.00 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For items under this amount, delivery will be via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours. International postage will be calculated at checkout.

Your jewellery will be wrapped in tissue paper in a postage box.

Custom orders are not eligible for a return or refund. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours as long as they haven't been dispatched already.
