All dimensions and sizes for our shop products are as correct as possible
Neil and Cazy Arts reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and or alter prices of all products offered for sale or remove them completely without notice
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are entering into a legal contract with Neil and Cazy Arts by placing an order through the website.
By this contract, you are stating that you are: Legally capable of entering into a binding contract. at least 18 years of age and will supply us with relevant contact details.
When you place an order with us, you are demonstrating intent to buy goods or services from us
This will involve payment for the ordered goods or services
Upon receipt of your order form or purchase form, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your Order
COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange the following.

Deposit If required for larger artworks ( over 10 x 12 inches/ 25 cm by 30 cm) to cover the time involved

On completion of the artwork we will send a photograph for your approval

Full Payment at the time of completion this will include packing and postage if required as discussed

Delivery date if not in stock our normal lead time is 3 to 4 weeks

You are only asked to supply information as to your identity so that we can use it to process your order and that is only used per this privacy statement.
