POSTAGE & SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch our orders within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in stock.

For Stoptick Art items not currently in stock, dispatch will be within 4 weeks of order to allow us time to make the piece.

For commission work, this will be discussed before any work is carried out.

For all UK customers, we send all our items via Special Delivery the next day, this is a tracked and insured service.  You will receive a tracking number via email on the day of dispatch.

Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with the good you have chosen, please return them to us unused within 14 days.

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for an alternative product.

Please return the goods in the original packaging.  Return postage is at your cost, any items returned that arrived damaged will not be refunded so ensure that they are packed correctly.
